Towering above the landscape like stair cases to heaven, lighthouses are a critical link to our past.  They have guided us into safety for almost two centuries, but now, unfortunately, many of these lighthouses are in grave trouble.  Time,  storms, looters, and erosion are just a few of the common enemies that face them all.  Without intervention, these crucial pieces of our history will be gone forever.  The attached pages contain some wonderful images that are a tribute to these fragile pieces of history.  Without your help, these images may be the last time you ever see these monuments.   If needed, please contact the preservation society on each page and do your part.
